Core

Prepare yourself for a musically guided 30 action-packed minutes. This class is HARD CORE!

Core is 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your daily mobility, help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform – all to challenge you like never before. Yes, this class is HARD CORE.

Warm Yin

Yin Yoga is available to all levels and abilities. Working on long holds (3 to 5 minutes) to tone and cleanse the organs and systems of the body. Postures focusing on the connective tissues of the body in a gentle and unforced manner. Props are used to help you stay in the shape of the pose.

This class is suitable for all levels of ability (beginners welcome).

Please bring your own yoga mat and water. We also have yoga mats for a rental fee.

Rev 30

Get fitter in only 30 minutes!  It’s as easy as riding a bike and in Rev 30, riding a bike has never been better! Burn calories, improve muscular endurance and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power and end with a rush. Inspiring music and motivating coaches ensure that EVERYONE FINISHES FIRST!

Revolution

More intense than a stationary bike … indoor cycling keeps you moving!

Expect to sit tight for a 1-hour session, which can burn up to 600 calories! The intensity varies throughout the class thanks to changing up body positions, pedal speed and resistance. And get ready to listen up …! The instructor will shout out instructions to imitate a real ride of climbs, sprints and coasts.
