Warm Yin

Yin Yoga is available to all levels and abilities. Working on long holds (3 to 5 minutes) to tone and cleanse the organs and systems of the body. Postures focusing on the connective tissues of the body in a gentle and unforced manner. Props are used to help you stay in the shape of the pose.

This class is suitable for all levels of ability (beginners welcome).

Please bring your own yoga mat and water. We also have yoga mats for a rental fee.
